About John Beck’s Amazing ProfitsIf you read John Beck’s portal, you would get the impression that he is truly getting amazing profits on real estate. Using his own words, he has bought properties for “pennies on the dollar,” and he has bought houses for US $300 worth US $50,000 in value. On that basis alone, one must believe John Beck to be an incredibly rich man. Now some rich men we already know about. People like Bill Gates, Donald Trump, industry leaders, celebrities and the like. These are people whose earnings are pretty much known and who make it to the top 500 or similar lists for successful businessmen. I have never heard of John Beck on any of these lists, and in fairness to him, he never claims to be on any such lists on his portal. But there is the implication that he is truly so successful that he can teach others how to do it and he can give seminars on it as well, so that others may benefit from what he already knows. Keep your mind on that word: Impression. For I have no idea just what kind of profits John Beck has reaped from real estate, or from the sale of his products. What I do know is that he is currently under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission. As one continues to look through the portal one sees that an interested investor does not even need a real estate license to invest. All he needs to do is to look for houses that are on foreclosure, and to purchase these, as they will be very inexpensive. The next step seems to be too good to be true. To resell it at a profit, simply put it online. There are also testimonies on Beck’s portal about people who have gotten rich because of Beck’s system, but one wonders at how scripted these testimonies are. What’s more, you have no way of identifying these people who have made their testimonies; no way of looking up their backgrounds, if they just did this as an ad or to share their experience. Whether or not amazing profits are made through this system remains to be seen. True, one can buy good homes in foreclosure, but not always. And while it can be done, it need not be something that is made available through John Beck’s system. Chances are, Beck gets income largely from sales of his products and his seminars rather than from actually putting money into foreclosures. We did some research and found a long list of complaints about this man, from people who claim the discs they purchased were all blanks, to those who were not able to access their money-back guarantee. Still others felt lured to buying additional products that were of little use to them, or subscribing to certain products without being fully informed that a monthly fee goes with it. So if you want to take a chance on John Beck and his promises of amazing profits, that would be entirely your call. After all, one never really knows for sure.
